Who do we cater for?
In our accommodation we cater for singles, companions, couples, walkers, families, new babies, dog owners, small groups of families or friends, hen weekends, cyclists, honeymooners, wedding parties and residential course attendees. Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation.

Total number of guests?
Our current accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people including babies. Additional accommodation is due to be completed by the end of 2017.

Self-catering or Assisted Catering
If Self-Catering puts you off we can do Assisted-Catering; providing hot meals to your cottage with a minimal amount of prep required by you.

Local places to eat
We have many excellent pubs and restaurants for all budgets within 2 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. We can also arrange for a professional catering service if you prefer.

Making the most of your stay
We try to ensure that an up-to-date array of leaflets on local attractions and events are in all the cottages and information on walks (local and further afield) are well-stocked in your accommodation, so you can make the most of your time here. We have a lot of local knowledge gathered over 30 years and will happily advise you but we will also leave you to your privacy if you just want to be left alone.

If the weather is bad, there is a lot to see and do in the local villages, towns and cities and amazing Spa’s to visit for extra pampering. Or, you can simply relax, turn on the woodburner and have a complete and utter secluded break from the world.

Lovely warm welcome from host Mel. Perfectly equipped cottage every little detail thought of, Great base for touring the Peak District. Friendly welcome at the Angel. Rum loved the treats provided by the host. Perfect weekend had by all.

What a wonderful & peaceful haven, the garden is so spiritual it makes you feel you don’t ever want to leave. We had a great rest but the hosts made it Mel & Rob can’t do enough for you they will do so well here in this superb location. Thank you so much for everything.

Gin Cottage

1 bedroom + 1 mezzanine bedroom.

Sleeps:
3 people+baby (suitable for small family with new baby or 3 friends, 3 relatives, couple + friend – due to access through main bedroom. Not suitable for mobile toddler up to 10 year old due to mezzanine)

Cosy and stylish cottage with original art work on a wall, 1 large king-size bedroom + mezzanine sofa bedroom that overlooks lounge and accessed through main bedroom. Secluded terrace set around original Gin Grinding Stone. Access to award-winning gardens. Wood burner stove. Large screen smart TV and DVD/CD player.
